MAKE HISTORY THIS FRIDAY! CLIMATE STRIKE AT QUEEN’S PARK!
11 – 4 – 11 am rally, 12 pm march, and 2 pm concert!
JOIN THE CLIMATE FAST CONTINGENT! March together to Queen’s Park! Meet 10 am at 60 Lowther Ave, outside (at Taddle Creek park) or come early 9:30 am if you want to make a sign. We’ll have sign making supplies, our banner, and petition. We’ll head out together at 10:30 am We’d love you to be part of this wonderful day!
Volunteers needed! Can you help? Arrive early, 8:30 – 10 am to help with setup? Or Stay after to help close up the event, 4 -5:30 pm? Check in at volunteers tent!
We will also need volunteers for our Climate Fast table – guess what! You’ll have a chair, and a chance to inform people and sign them up for future action.
Shifts: 10:30 – 11:30 am 11:30 – 12:30 (break for march) 1:30 – 2:30 or 2:30 – 3:30 or 3:30 – 4:30 pm. We need 2 people for each time period! Can you help? Email: volunteer@climatefast.ca or come to our table at Queen’s Park on Friday.
Want to cycle to the demo? Mass rides leave 10:30 am from Riverdale Library and 11 am from Christie Pits Park
