THIS WEDNESDAY - VOLUNTEER MEETING! FALL EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES FOR CLIMATE ACTION! YOU ARE NEEDED!

JOIN IN PLANNING ELECTION STRATEGIES AND THE ‘WEEK FOR THE FUTURE’ SEPTEMBER 20 – 27

The upcoming federal election will finally see the climate crisis as a key ballot question. Torontonians will be looking to the environmental community to help navigate the competing and complicated messaging coming from the political parties. Our goal is to provide environmentalists a space to exchange ideas, plans and actions. We will be planning a response to the gas station stickers and we’d really like your help with this.

And at the same time we want to support the organizing for the ‘Week for the Future’ Sept 20 – 27. Come out and share how you can help!

COME OUT ON WEDNESDAY AUGUST 28 - 6:30 PM AND GET INVOLVED!

Friends House, 60 LOWTHER AVE. Please rsvp (lyn@climatefast.ca) or just come – and feel free to invite your friends. We’d love a full house!

During his four-decade career as a photographer and explorer, James Balog has focused his lens on the complex relationship between humans and nature. Human activity has now surpassed all other forces shaping our world. In an arresting new documentary from the producers of Racing ExtinctionThe Cove and Chasing Ice, environmental photographer James Balog captures the lives of people on the front lines of climate change. With rare compassion and heart, this film inspires us to re-evaluate our relationship with the natural world.
